Mason City, Iowa

Mason City is a city in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. The population was 28,079 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Cerro Gordo County.
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Mason City from 1869 until 1980, with a line now operated by the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern.
